Your First Appointment

Your initial consultation is one hour with me — with or without treatment on the day. I'll take a full medical history, listen carefully to your concerns, and talk through your options. There's no obligation to proceed, and no pressure — ever.

Initial new patient consultation:

$150 (one hour, with or without treatment on the day). The consultation fee is fully redeemable against any treatment should you choose to proceed on the day.

Please note:

Paying for consultation does not constitute consent for treatment. Every initial appointment includes a full medical consultation. You may choose not to proceed at any time, and I will not perform any treatment that my assessment indicates is not appropriate for you.

Your Questions, Answered

Yes — all new patients have a full consultation before any treatment. Your $50 booking deposit is fully redeemable against your consultation fee, or against any treatment should you proceed on the day.
Please bring a list of any current medications and note any known allergies. Arrive with a clean face if possible. Intake forms will be sent via the booking system before your appointment.
Clinical photographs are taken before and after treatment as part of standard medical record-keeping. These are stored securely in your clinical record. Specific separate written consent will be obtained if I ever wish to use a photograph outside your clinical record — for example, in the Treatment Gallery.
I ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may forfeit the booking deposit.
Absolutely. A consultation with no obligation to proceed is warmly welcomed. Dr Williams looks forward to meeting you.
